SRI MATHIE

BED & BREAKFAST

Enjoy a memorable stay at an historic estate

ABOUT

Sri Mathie, built in 1910, has large rooms and high ceilings. The house is furnished with family antiques and historic art works. It is set in a forested area of six acres, but it is just five minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from historic Galle Fort. Sri Mathie is a working estate with coconuts, rubber, mangoes, cinnamon and pepper. We grow organic vegetables, and produce honey. Our chickens provide eggs and our cow gives organic milk. We can provide our guests with the best of Sri Lankan , Indian and European food.
